Diabetic Clinic

All patients with diabetes will be seen for an annual review at the surgery. If you have diabetes you will be invited to our clinic for the monitoring of your diabetes control and discussion regarding the self-management of your condition. This clinic is held at our Medical Training Centre at No.1 Worcester Street.

We can also see patients more frequently than annually, in our diabetes follow up clinic, again at No 1 on Monday afternoons. Please make an appointment through the receptionist in the usual way.

For newly diagnosed diabetes patients we encourage attendance at our nurse led clinic for education to help develop an understanding of the condition. Please contact the clinic coordinator for an appointment, if this has not already been arranged by your doctor or practice nurse. This clinic is held at our main surgery at No 24 Worcester Street.
