Health Promotion

We encourage all our patients to share the responsibility for their health in both preventing disease and treating existing conditions.

The nursing team will be happy to discuss any concerns you have regarding family history of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and diabetes as well as your general health.

You may need advice on diet, alcohol intake or smoking cessation all of which are available at the surgery.

Please ensure that you advise the receptionist that you require a health promotion appointment so that a longer slot can be booked with the health care assistant.
